补阳还五汤治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌血液高凝状态的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤对中晚期非小细胞肺癌（Non—smallcelllungcancer，NSCLC）血液高凝状态的作用。方法将60例患者随机分为两组各30例，治疗组用常规化疗方案联合补阳还五汤治疗，对照组采用常规化疗方案加中药安慰剂治疗。主要观察两组血小板、出凝血时间、血流变、生存质量等情况。结果治疗组在血象变化、生存质量等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论补阳还五汤能改善中晚期NSCLC患者的血液高凝状态，并在一定程度上提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the role of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction in advanced non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）with high blood coagulation state. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each. The treatment group was followed by conventional chemotherapy combined with Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoctionin treatment, while the control group was treated conventional chemotherapy with Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine placebo. The contents of observation are platelet, coagulation time, blood rheology, and the life quality in the two groups. Results The t^atment group is superior to the control group in the change of he- mogram,life quality（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoctionin can improve blood hypercoagula- ble state in the patients with advanced NSCLC, and to a cellain extent, improve the patients life quality.
