摘　　要：通过关注国内外科技博物馆的现状,以及世界科技博物馆的发展趋势,且从管理体制、运行经费筹建机制、人才使用机制、评估监督制度等诸方面阐述世界科技博物馆的运行机制,并借鉴发达国家的先进理念与成功经验,分析影响国内科技博物馆运行机制的关键问题,寻找存在的差距,寻求从中的启示,提出符合我国运行机制实况的对策建议。By analyzing the current situation of the science and technology museum both in china and abroad ,and the trends of science technology museum all of the world, from management system ,funds, developing system, human resources, supervision system, to explain the operating mechanism of science and technology museum all of the world. As well as Learn from the advanced concept and experience of developed countries, discussing the question which affects operating mechanism of science and technology museum in China. Seeking the difference between the domestic and overseas and the revelation .to give suggestions for fitting the operating mechanism in our country.
