数字化模拟修复体在前牙美学修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:本文以一例前牙全瓷冠桥美容修复的临床病例,介绍数字化模拟修复体在前牙修复治疗过程中重要性。方法:经Lava系统扫描建立数字模型后,进行修复体唇面形态设计,制作口内树脂模拟修复体。结果:通过应用数字化模拟修复体使患者直观地评估和感受修复体戴入口内后的实际效果,最大程度地满足了患者对前牙美观及发音的诉求。结论:数字化模拟修复体的应用可以从美学和功能方面确定完美的前牙美容修复方案。Objective This article will introduce the sound result of digital simulated through a real case of ceramic crown restoration of front tooth.Methods Building digital simulation through Lava system scanning,design the shape of the restoration,then making the simulated restoration.Results Digital simulation of the Lava all-ceramic systems let the patients to feel the restoration in the mouth in real.It meets their need for the tooth beauty and their voice.Conclusion Digital simulation is a solution of front tooth treatment in terms of beauty and functionality.
