摘　　要：CT灌注成像已经可以获得脑组织的血流动力学信息。血管生成指原始血管网络建立的过程。本文拟对负荷实验CT灌注成像评价脑组织灌注及脑血管反应性的应用进行综述。Perfusion computerized tomography （CT） has made it possible to obtain hemodynamic measurements within the brain vasculogenesis, is the process whereby a primitive network is established. The purpose of the article was to review the utility of perfusion computerized tomography with challenge in the evaluation of cerebral perfusion and cerebrovascular reserve.
