摘 要:目的 探讨计算机辅助导航技术对手术室医护人员所受辐射量的影响.方法 自从2004年我院手术室引进导航设备以来,导航技术广泛应用于神经外科,创伤骨科,脊柱外科等专业.自2005年7月~2011年7月间我们手术室一共应用导航技术治疗患者近600例.我们与骨科医师合作,从中选取部分病例进行分析.根据术中透视方式的不同,分为普通透视组(A组)和计算机导航组(B组),分别记录透视时间,螺钉置入时间,透视量,螺钉置入准确率等结果进行分析.所有手术均由同一级别医师主刀完成.结果 我们通过研究发现:透视时间及透视量普通透视组明显高于导航组,螺钉置入时间普通透视组明显长于导航组,螺钉置入准确率,导航组为100%,明显高于普通透视组的91.2%.结论 计算机辅助导航技术辅助骨科手术治疗,可以明显降低透视时间和透视量,缩短螺钉置入时间,减少手术室医护人员的放射线暴露及工作量,提高螺钉的置入准确率,是未来骨科手术技术的一种趋势.Objective To study the influence of the radiation dose to the operating room staff in the computer-assisted operation surgery. Methods Since the introduction of navigation equipment in 2004, navigation technology is widely used in neurosurgery and orthopedic trauma, spine and so on. From July 2005 to July 2011, we have operated nearly 600 patients with navigation technology. We cooperated with orthopedic surgeon, and chose and analysised some cases. According to the different methods of intraoperative fluoroscopy, we divided these patients into ordinary perspective group (group A) and computer navigation group (group B), and recorded the perspective time, screw-placed time, perspective dose and accuracy of screw placement. All surgeries were performed by one surgery. Results We found that the perspective time and the amount, in the group A was significantly higher than those in the group B. Screw-placed time in the group A was significantly longer than the group B. The accuracy of screw placement in navigation group was 100%, while that in the perspective group was 91.2%0. Conclusion Computer-assisted navigation technology can significantly reduce the perspective time, shorten the time of screw placement, decrease the radiation exposure of the nurses in operating room of and improve accuracy of screw placement. So it is a trend of the technology of orthopaedic surgery in the future.
