摘 要:采用二次正交旋转组合设计,探讨水培液中N、P、K营养元素对三价砷[As(Ⅲ)]胁迫下"明恢63"苗期水稻叶绿素SPAD值的影响.结果表明,K调控对水稻叶绿素SPAD值的恢复率有极显著影响,N、P调控无显著性影响,N、P、K各因子之间的互作不显著,3种营养元素对水稻叶绿素SPAD值恢复率的影响为K>N>P,N、P、K最优组合为28.41、6.00和50.00mg·L-1.根据最优组合方案进行营养调控,在As(Ⅲ)胁迫下,获得"明恢63"苗期水稻叶绿素SPAD值的最优恢复率为(78.46±3.12)%.Effects of hydroponic nutrient regulation from nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) on the chlorophyll SPAD value of Minghui63 rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedling stressed by arsenite E As (Ⅲ)] were investigated by quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design. The results showed that the effect of K regulation on the chlorophyll SPAD value of Minghui63 rice seedling stressed by As(Ⅲ) was very significant, however, there didn't exist significant effects for N and P regulation, the interaction level among N, P and K was lower than the significance level, the relative effects of N, P and K on the chlorophyll SPAD value of Minghui63 rice seedling stressed by As ( ]II ) were K 〉 N 〉 P, the optimal concentrations of N, P and K were 28.41, 6.00 and 50.00 mg·L-1 and the obtained recovery rate of chlorophyll SPAD value of Minghui63 rice seedling stressed by As(Ⅲ) was (78.46±3.12 ) % under the optimal nutrient combination.
