摘　　要：目的探讨CT靶扫描对周围型小肺癌CT征象的显示能力及应用价值。方法对36例周围型小肺癌的CT靶扫描与常规扫描CT征象显示结果进行对比分析。结果靶扫描在显示病灶内部结构上优于常规扫描,在显示边缘征象中的分叶征和毛刺征上要略优于常规扫描。结论靶扫描对周围型小肺癌的精细征象显示能力高于常规扫描,是提高诊断准确性的有效方法之一。Objective To study the display ability and application value of CT targeted scanning in small pe- ripheral lung. Methods The findings of 36 patients with small peripheral lung cancer who were examined with CT targeted scanning and conventional scanning were compared and analyzed. Results The targeted scanning was supe- rior to the conventional scanning in displaying lesions internal structure and in showing signs of 1oblation and burr sign on the edge of the cage. Conclusion Targeted scanning can show more fine signs of small peripheral lung can- cer than conventional CT, which is one of the effective methods to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
