摘  要:[目的]研究绿茶对蚕豆根尖微核率的影响,以及对由亚硝酸钠引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核形成的拮抗作用。[方法]以蚕豆根尖为材料,利用微核检测技术研究不同浓度绿茶溶液对蚕豆根尖细胞的影响作用。[结果]低浓度的绿茶可显著降低蚕豆根尖细胞微核以及由于亚硝酸钠所引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的形成;而高浓度的绿茶对微核的形成有促进作用。[结论]饮茶以低浓度为宜。[ Objective ] To study the effects of green tea on nitrite-induced micronucleus in Vicia faba root tip cells. [ Method ] Micronucleus tests were conducted in Vicia faba root tip cells treated with different concentrations of green tea and nitrite. [ Result ] The results showed that green tea could obviously reduce the microrfucleus rate and exhibit an excellent antagonistic effect on nitrite-induced carcinogenesis. [ Conclu- sion] Therefore, green tea at appropriate concentration can inhibit the damage of ceils due to nitrite, which suggests that it is necessary for us paying attention to the concentration during the drinking of green tea.
