摘  要:[目的]为了给辽西低山缓丘区营建高效的林农复合生态系统提供理论依据。[方法]通过对大扁杏、南国梨林农复合系统中过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性的测定,对土壤酶活性演变特征进行系统研究。[结果]在植物生长期,辽西地区林农复合系统土壤酶活性土壤表层高于下层,过氧化氢酶活性呈"山脊"状变化且7月活性最高;蔗糖酶活性在6月较低,7~8月升高,9月开始逐渐降低。大扁杏林农复合系统脲酶活性呈"先升后降"的变化特征,而南国梨林农复合系统呈直线增长,在9月活性最高。[结论]3种土壤酶活性间具有相关性,其中大扁杏×花生林农复合系统过氧化氢酶与脲酶活性关系最密切,在大扁杏×玉米、南国梨×花生、南国梨×玉米林农复合系统脲酶与蔗糖酶活性关系都十分显著,具有一致的正效应。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for agroforestry system in the low-hilly Region of West Liaoning. [ Method ] A experiment of catalase activity, urease activity and sucrase activity was conducted to study the dynamic evolution of soil enzyme activity in the Armeniaca and Pyrus agroforestry compound system. [ Result ] In the growing season of plans, the soil enzyme activity in soil surface layer was higher than that in the deep layer in agroforestry compound system, western Liaoning. Catalase activity changed as the "ridge" and the highest activity was in July. Sucrase activity was low in June. It increased in July to August and began to gradually reduce in September. In the Armeniaca agroforestry compound system, urease activity presented a variation characteristic that increased firstly and then decreased, but it showed a linear growth and reached the highest activity in September in the Pyrus agroforestry compound system. [ Conclu- sion] These three kinds of soil enzyme activity had correlations and the catalase and urease activity was the most closely related. In the Arme- niaca and corn, Pyrus and peanuts, Pyrus and corn agroforestry compound system, the relationship between urease and sucrase activity was very significant, with a consistent positive effect.
