摘 要:[目的]研究薄荷叶挥发油的抗氧化活性。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取薄荷叶挥发油,以总还原力、亚硝酸钠和DPPH自由基清除作用为指标,评价薄荷叶挥发油的抗氧化活性。[结果]总还原力的吸光度为0.5时,挥发油体积为332.08μl;对亚硝酸钠和DPPH自由基清除率为50%时,挥发油的体积分别为85.85和99.33μl;样品量均与各项抗氧化活性指标呈量效关系。[结论]薄荷叶挥发油具有较强的抗氧化活性。[ Objective ] To study the antioxidant activity of volatile oil from leaves of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. [ Method ] The volatile oil from leaves of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. was extracted by steam distillation and its antioxidant activity was evaluated by total reducing power, scav- enging capacity against sodium nitrite and DPPH free radical. [ Result] The volumes of volatile oil was 332.08 μl when the absorbance was 0. 5, and the volumes of volatile oil was 85.85 and 99.33 μl when the scavenging rate against DPPH · and sodium nitrite of volatile oil was 50% in a concentration-dependent fashion. [ Conclusion] The volatile oil exhibited significant antioxidant activity.
