基于递进式模型的高等农业教育服务质量评价

摘  要:为了提高我国高等农业院校服务质量,对全国九大地区高等农业院校的教育服务质量进行了问卷调查,问卷中将高等教育服务质量相关的教育品质划分为学科专业品质、教育服务品质、环境品质、管理服务品质、保障服务品质、品牌品质及人才培养品质7项指标。通过建立递进式模糊综合评价模型进行相关性分析。结果表明,7种品质重要性为:人才培养品质>品牌服务品质>教育服务品质>环境品质>保障服务品质>管理服务品质>学科专业品质;学生期望的教育服务品质大于感知的,表明高等农业院校一些教学条件不足,仍需加大投入。In order to improve service quality of higher agricultural colleges in China, the questionnaire investigation was conducted on agri- cultural colleges in 9 regions of China. The relevant education qualities were divided into 7 indexes, including subject professional quality, ed- ucation service quality, environment quality, management service quality, guaranteeing service quality, brand quality and talents culture qual- ity. The correlation analys^s was conducted by establishing progressive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results showed that the im- portance order of 7 qualitiea is : talents culture quality 〉 brand service quality 〉 education service quality 〉 environment quality 〉 guaran- teeing service quality 〉 management service quality 〉 subject professional quality. The education service quality of students' expectation is superior than perception, indicating that some teaching conditions of agricultural colleges are insufficient and still need to increase investment.
