摘　　要：本文在介绍赢得值法基本原理的基础上,结合高校工程建设项目的特点,探讨用赢得值法分析工程项目施工阶段全过程造价管理方法,并结合实例进行了分析验证。表明利用赢得值法可以帮助高校基建项目管理人员对工程进度、费用进行实时分析、预测,判断工期和造价成本的发展趋势,对不利因素及时调整,确保达到预期的建设目标。In this paper, the basic principle of earned value method was introduced. Based on the characteristics of university construction projects, the earned value method was used to analyze the whole process of the construction, cost management, and verified with an example. The results showed that the usage of earned value method can help the managers of university infrastructure construction, to analyze the construction＇s real-time cost, forecasting its period and cost trends, then timely adjustment was made to avoid unfavorable factors to achieve the desired goal of the development.
