摘　　要：对常州市老年人口和人口老龄化的基本情况及各辖市(区)养老事业发展状况进行统计,分析常州市养老服务事业发展中存在的主要问题,积极探索加快常州市养老机构从业人员培养的对策。Abstract： This article sums up the aged population and the basic condition of aging of population in Changzhou and the old-age care condition of the subsidiary cities （areas）. The problems of old-age care service in Changzhou are analyzed and the measures to enhance the training of the employee in the nursing homes are actively explored.
