河南省物流需求预测分析及发展对策研究

摘　　要：为促进河南省物流企业的发展和物流产业规划及物流政策的制定,利用双指数平滑法对2012~2020年河南省铁路、公路、水运和航空四种运输模式的物流需求量进行预测,并对预测结果进行深入分析。在此基础上,结合河南省实际情况提出了协调投资比例、平衡物流发展、优化产业结构、发展第三方物流、加强物流网络化建设、完善物流法律法规等六点建议。研究成果对河南省物流业的持续、健康、快速发展具有现实指导意义。In this paper, we used the double exponential smoothing method to predict demand of Henan for the four transportation means,including railway, highway, waterway and airway, from 2012 to 2020, and analyzed in-depth the result of the forecasting. On such basis and in connection with the practical situation of Henan, we provided several suggestions to promote the healthy development of the logistics industry of Henan.
