摘  要:2010年5月至2011年4月采用LI-8100全自动土壤CO2通量测定系统,研究了九龙江口24a生和48a生秋茄(Kandelia candel)红树林湿地土壤呼吸速率的季节变化及环境因子对土壤呼吸的影响.结果显示,秋茄红树林土壤呼吸速率的季节变化表现为单峰型曲线,最大值出现在7月,最小值出现在12月;24a生秋茄林土壤呼吸速率和呼吸速率的月际变化幅度都高于48a生秋茄林,其中24a生秋茄林和48a生秋茄林土壤呼吸速率月际变化幅度分别为5.82μmol/(m2·s)(物质的量以CO2计量)和4.92μmol/(m2·s),土壤呼吸速率分别为1.72μmol/(m2·s)和1.70μmol/(m2·s).土壤呼吸速率与气温、5 cm土温和10 cm土温3个指标均有较好的指数关系,其中拟合度最好的是5 cm土温;土壤含水量与土壤呼吸无显著关系.Seasonal variations of soil respiration rate and its influencing factors were studied for 24 and 48 years old Kandelia candel mangrove wetland in Jiulongjiang River Estuary from May 2010 to April 2011 by LI-8100 automated soil CO2 flux system.As results,the seasonal variation was characterized by a mono-peak pattern,with the maximum rate[6.18μmol/(m2 · s)] in July,and the minimum rate[0.36μmol/(m2 · s)] in December.The change extent of soil respiration rates in 24 years K.candel mangrove forest [5.82μmol/(m2 · s)] were higher than in 48 years K.candel mangrove forest [4.92 μmol/(m2 · s)].The soil respiration rates of 24 years and 48 years K.candel mangrove were 1.72tμmol/(m2 · s) and 1.70μmol/(m2 · s),respectively.The relationships,showing exponential relations as results,between soil respiration rate and temperature,soil temperature at 5 cm depth and soil temperature at 10 cm depth were analyzed with multiple regressions.It is found that it has high significant correlation between soil respiration rate and soil temperature at 5 cm depth of soil and no significant correlation between soil respiration and soil water content.
