摘　　要：目的:探讨DRR1基因在胶质瘤患者组织标本中的表达及其临床意义。方法:免疫组化检测57例胶质瘤患者中DRR1的表达,SPSS软件检测DRR1表达与胶质瘤患者年龄、性别及病理分期的关系。结果:DRR1在胶质瘤患者中的表达阳性率为87.7%,其表达与病理分期显著相关(P<0.05),病理分期越高,DRR1表达越高。其与年龄(P>0.05)、性别(P>0.05)无显著相关性。结论:DRR1基因表达与脑胶质瘤病理分期显著相关,或可成为脑胶质瘤新的分子靶标。Objective： To explore the DRR1 expression pattern and clinical significance in glioma. Methods：The protein expression level of DRR1 were tested by immunohistochemistry in 57 Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded samples of gliomas. Associations between DRR1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed by SPSS. Results： The positive ration of DRR1 expression in all 57 patients was 87.7%. The expression of DRR1 was significantly associated with WHO grade of glioma（ P 〈0.05） ,but not with patient age（ P 〉0.05） ,sex（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion：DRR1 is expressed in glioma patients,and that its expression is correlated with pathological grade, and it may represent a new molecular target for glioma patients.
