摘　　要：通过对循证中医临床指南制订方法学的研究,认为Delphi法是循证中医临床实践指南制订的重要方法。对Delphi法在循证中医临床实践指南制订中的地位和作用、具体应用等进行探讨,并提出将Delphi法运用于循证中医临床指南制订中需要注意的问题。Delphi was thought to be an important method in developing the clinical practice guidelines（CPG） of evidence- based in Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） by researching the methodology of developing CPG of TCM. This paper dis- cussed the position and function, specific application and may involve aspects of Delphi in developing CPG of TCM, and pointed out some problems on the development of clinical practice guidelines by using Delphi in evidence-based TCM.
