基于科学发展观的生态理性取向

摘　　要：科学技术的不断创新和知识的不断更新,虽然给各个领域的发展提供了动力,但也给自然和社会带来了不可忽视的负面效应。由人类的自私、贪婪以及科技更新而导致的过度消耗资源、化学工业膨胀等经济行为,造成了生态恶化、能源危机、环境污染加重等问题,这不但给自然带来了巨大的创伤,而且直接或间接地威胁人类自身的生存、发展与享受。以科学发展观为基础,将"科技理性"与"生态理性"辩证融合,确立生态理性的价值取向,践行科学发展观,是实现"经济理性"向"生态理性"、"经济人"向"生态理性经济人"转变的关键,也是全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会、建设生态文明、走可持续发展道路的先决条件。Successive innovation of science and technology and constantly updated knowledge provide the impetus to the development of various fields, and meanwhile bring negative effects on nature and society that cannot be ignored. Human＇s selfishness, greed and technology update have caused economic behaviors such as excessive consumption of resources, uncontrolled development of chemical industry, and etc. , which result in ecological degradation, energy crisis and aggravating environmental pollution. Thus, great harm has been brought to nature, and in the meantime, human being＇s survival, development and enjoyment have been threatened directly or indirectly. Based on the scientif- ic outlook on development, integrating dialectically ＂science and technology rationality＂ with ＂ecological rationality＂, establishing the value orientation with ecological rationality and implementing scientific outlook on development are critical to the transformation from ＂economic rationality＂ to ＂ecological rationality＂ and to the change from ＂economic man＂ to ＂ecological-rational-economic man＂. They are also the prerequisites for the construction of a well-off and harmonious society and for the realization of ecological civilization and sustainable development.
