摘　　要：目的建立缩泉胶囊中尿囊素的含量测定。方法采用Shimadzu-pack—ODS（250×4．6mm）；以乙腈-0．01mol／L磷酸二氢钾（10：90）为流动相；流速为1．0mL／min；柱温25℃；检测波长为224nm。结果尿囊素的线性范围在25．0-125．0μg／mL；r=0．9998；平均回收率为98．84％，RSD为1．13％。结论本法简便，准确，可靠，可用于控制缩泉胶囊的质量。Objective HPLC methods were established for the determination allantoin of Suoquan capsules. Methods The separation was performed on a Shimadzu-pack-ODS （250×4.6mm） ;The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-diethlamine （10 ： 90） ;The flowrate was 1.0mL/min;The detection wavelenth was 224nm. Results There is a good linear relationship within the rang of 25.0-125.0μg/mL （r=0.9998） ;The average recovery was 98.84%; RSD=1.13%. Conclusions The method is convenient accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Suoquan capsules.
