摘　　要：目的总结分析自发性结肠破裂的病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法对我院2000-2012年收治的6例自发性结肠破裂临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组6例自发性结肠破裂均实行手术治疗，5例痊愈出院，1例死亡。结论自发性结肠破裂临床少见，术前误诊率高，围手术期病死率高。临床应做到早期诊断，早期手术才能降低病死率。Objective To summarize the analysis of spontaneous rupture of the colon etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment. Methods From 2000 to 2012 were treated six cases of spontaneous rupture of the colon clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of six cases of spontaneous rupture of the colon are implemented surgery, five cases were discharged, one died. Conclusion Spontaneous rupture of the colon rare clinical preoperative misdiagnosis rate, perioperative mortality is high. Clinical should be done early diagnosis and surgery to reduce mortality.
