摘　　要：医院科研平台的构建是提高医院科研水平的有效途径。笔者从硬、软科研平台构建两方面入手,探讨了近年来天津医科大学眼科医院科研平台构建的方法与措施。Construction of hospital scientific research platform is an effective method to improve the level of scientific research. We discuss the effective ways and approaches to build the hospital scientific research platform at Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital in the recent years, starting by hard and soft scientific research platform con- struction.
