无症状2型糖尿病及糖尿病前期人群社区筛查策略的分析

摘　　要：目的对无症状2型糖尿病及糖尿病前期人群的社区筛查策略进行分析。方法通过对我市连续居住时间超过5年,年龄在25岁以上城乡常住居民,进行随机整群抽样分析。结果老年人和受教育文化程度较低为糖尿病的重要危险因素,文化教育程度对IGR的影响不大。结论从流行病学视角出发,鉴于目前T2DM和IGR日益加剧的发展趋势,加强对高危糖尿病人群的调查筛查以及社区干预工作具有重要的现实意义。Objeetive To analyze the community screening strategies for asymptomatic type 2 diabetes and pre diabetes population. Method Through the continuous residence for more than 5 years, over the age of 25 urban and rural residents, by random cluster sampling analysis. Results The elderly education and low education is an important risk factor for diabetes, culture education degree has little effect on IGR. Conclusion From the perspective of epidemiological perspective, in view of the current development trend of T2DM and IGR increasing, it is very important to strengthen the high-risk diabetes screening and investigation of community intervention.
