摘　　要：目的临床医学专业成人本科教育对基层高端医学人才的培养发挥着极其重要的作用,但是在实际教学中存在诸多因素影响了教学质量,探求临床医学专业成人本科教育教学质量的影响因素,分析现状,发展有利因素,抑制或转化不利因素,提高成人医学高等教育教学质量。方法通过委托单位调研、学生问卷调查、教师座谈等方式,寻找影响成人本科教育教学质量的因素,然后进行统计学处理。结果在影响教学质量的因素中学生因素占前三位的是距离较远、医院调班困难、本身基础差学习无兴趣,教学中存在的问题是授课时间、教学内容、教师水平三个因素。结论改变现有的教学模式、建立成人教育教学平台、编写符合成人临床本科教学的实用教材及选择高素质教师队伍是提高成人临床医学本科教育的关键。Objective Clinical professional adult undergraduate education played an extremely important role in the cultiva-tion of primary high-end medical, but there were many factors affecting the quality of teaching in the practical teaching, exploring factors influencing clinical professional adult undergraduate education and teaching quality, analyzing the situation, develop the fa-vorable factors, suppress or transform the adverse factors, to improve adult medical teaching quality of higher education. Methods Authorized by research, student surveys,teacher discussion, to look for factors that affect adult undergraduate educa-tion and teaching quality, and then the data were used for statistical processing. Results The three factors that accounted for the factors influence the quality of teaching high school students were long distances, hospital transfer courses difficult, itself the basis of poor learning without interest. Class time, teaching content and the level of teachers were the three major factors in the teach-ing. Conclusion Changing current teaching mode, establishing adult education platform, and compiling matched adult clinical undergraduate teaching practical textbook and selecting high-quality teachers were the key to improve the adult clinical undergrad-uate education.
