摘　　要：目的探讨Hepcidin-25在多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)患者疾病发展过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA方法检测45例MM患者共132份血清标本(患者组)及同期50例健康体检者(正常对照组)血清Hepcidin-25及IL-6的浓度。结果①MM患者Hepcidin-25及IL-6水平均明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②经治疗好转的MM患者(29/45)Hepcidin-25及IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.05),而治疗无效(病情加重甚至死亡)的患者(16/42)Hepcidin-25及IL-6水平均明显增高(P<0.05)。③Hepcidin-25与IL-6之间呈较强的正相关关系(r=0.739,P=1.39×10-4)。结论 Hepcidin-25可能参与调节MM患者体内的铁代谢而对疾病进程产生一定的影响。Objective To explore the role of Hepcidin-25 in development of multiple myeloma. Methods Serum concentra-tions of Hepeidin-25 and IL-6 in 132 specimens, which were collected from 45 patients with multiple myeloma and 50 healthy con-trols, were measured by ELISA. Results Serum concentrations of Hepcidin-25 and IL-6 in the patients with multiple myeloma were significantly higher than that in the healthy controls （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, serum levels of Hepcidin-25 and IL-6 in 29 improved patients were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, while the levels were significantly higher （P 〈 0. 05 ） in 16 treatment ineffective pa-tients（ sieker or even death）. Moreover, serum Hepeidin-25 levels were positively correlated with serum IL-6 levels （r = 0. 739, P = 0. 000139 ）. Conclusion Hepeidin-25 may be involved in regulation of iron metabolism in patients with multiple myeloma, and have an impact on disease processes.
