摘　　要：本文论述了我国邮政储蓄业务的历史沿革、新中国邮政储蓄业务的发展路径以及中国邮政储蓄银行的雏形与现状等问题,并对我国邮政储蓄银行努力成为"资本充足、内控严密、营运安全、竞争力强、收益丰硕"的现代商业银行提出了展望。This dissertation discusses many issues on the Postal Savings of China, such as the reform of Postal Savings of China, the development path of new China, as well as the miniature and current situation of Postal Savings of China. Also it puts forward the prospect of becoming a modern commercial bank, which is full of capital, internal control, operation, competition and profit.
