摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的发展和高校扩招,大学毕业生面临着日益激烈的市场竞争。提高大学毕业生的就业技能和市场的竞争力是推进大学毕业生就业工作及高等教育发展的必由之路。With the gradual expansion of enrolment of colleges and universities and the rapid development of popularization, university graduates are facing fierce market competition. To improve employment skills of the university graduates and market competitiveness is the only way which promotes the employment of university graduates and the development of higher education.
