摘　　要：以实现木材科学与工程专业师资队伍的国际化为目标,对师资队伍在国际化进程中面临的问题进行了分析,从加强师德建设和提高师资队伍的业务能力等方面提出了建议和对策,以供参考。Aiming at the realization of the international teaching staff for wood science and engineering major, the paper analyzes some problems in the international process for teaching staff, and points out some suggestions and strategies to enhance the construction of teachers＇ morality and improve the professional competence of teaching staff, so as to provide some reference.
