摘　　要：血管紧张素1型受体相关蛋白是新近发现的一种血管内皮源性肽,Apelin是它的内源性配体。APJ/Apelin系统广泛分布于机体的心血管系统及神经内分泌等组织器官,参与高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭及心房纤颤等多种心血管疾病的病理生理过程。本文就APJ/Apelin对心血管系统做一综述。As a peptide, Apelin is the endogenous ligand for the G-protein-coupled APJ receptor. It is widely expressed in various tissues such as the cardiovascular and neuroendoerine system. Apelin/APJ plays an important role in the patho-physi- ological course of the hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and so on. This article has focused on biological effects of APJ/Apelin and its role in several cardiovascular diseases.
