老年人心肺复苏影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年人心肺复苏的影响因素。方法选择2010年3月-2013年2月于衢州市人民医院院内或是院外发生呼吸心跳骤停的老年患者186例，对其实施院内或是院前心肺复苏，并对其进行分析，查看影响老年人心肺复苏的因素。结果老年人心肺复苏的成功率与肾上腺素用量间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；开始进行心肺复苏的时间越短成功率越高，且差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；8min内进行电除颤的患者心肺复苏成功率较8min后再进行电除颤的患者的成功率高，且差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；呼吸心跳骤停的病因不同，其心肺复苏的成功率也不同，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；呼吸心跳骤停发生的地点不同，其复苏成功率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年患者心肺复苏的成功率主要与患者CPR开始时间、电击除颤时机和呼吸心跳骤停发生的地点等因素有关。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the elderly patients＂ cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 186 erderly patients who experienced respiratory and cardiac arrest in or out of People＇s Hospital of Quzhou City from March 2010 to February 2013 were given hospital or pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation and were analyzed of the factors affecting the elderly cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to elderly patients had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05） in adrenaline dose; the shorter the time to begin CPR, the higher the success rate reached, statistically significant difference existed （P 〈 0.01）; patients went defibrillation within 8 minutes of respiratory and cardiac arrest had higher success rate than patients went defibrillation after 8 minutes, statistically significant difference existed （P 〈 0.01）; different causes of respiratory and cardiac arrest induced different success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; the different places respiratory and cardiac arrest occurred induced dif-ferent success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, significant difference existed （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients＇ success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is related with factors like CPR start time, defibrillation timing, the place of res-piratory and cardiac arrest appears.
