摘  要:针对慢走丝线切割机电极丝速度不稳定时严重影响切削性能的问题,提出模糊PID算法应用于走丝恒速系统的解决方案.依据闭环控制系统的响应误差曲线特点,结合传统PID参数的整定规律,建立一套走丝恒速系统的模糊控制规则,并利用MATLAB-Fuzzy工具箱较快获得反模糊化的离线输出值.通过对走丝恒速系统的动态性能和鲁棒性能的实验仿真分析,结果表明:与一般闭环和传统PID控制相比,基于模糊PID算法的走丝恒速系统具有超调小、控制精度高、响应速度快和鲁棒性好的特点.Considering the problem that the non-constant speed moving wire seriously affects the cutting performance of the L-WEDM, the author proposes a solution of applying fuzzy PID algorithm into the constant speed wire-moving system. The fuzzy control rules of the constant speed wire-moving system are built upon the response error curve of closed-loop control system and tuning rules of the traditional PID parameter. Defuzzification offline output values are acquired quiekly by MATLAB-Fuzzy Toolbox. Through the experimental simulation analysis of the dynamic performance and the robust performance on the constant speed wire-moving system , the results indicates that comparing with the general closed-loop and traditional PID control, the constant speed wire-moving system based on fuzzy PID algorithm has better qualities including small overshoot, high control accuracy, fast response speed and good robustness, etc.
