全直肠系膜切除联合弧形吻合器对低位直肠癌保肛患者肛门功能及白蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察全直肠系膜切除（TME）联合弧形吻合器对低位直肠癌保肛患者肛门功能及白蛋白的影响。方法47例低位直肠癌患者进行TME联合弧形吻合器保肛手术，随访6个月，观察患者的肛门功能和血浆白蛋白。结果所有患者均痊愈出院。随访6个月，肛门功能优良率为85．1％。治疗前患者血白蛋白（26±12）g／L，治疗后为（37±12）g/L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论TME联合弧形吻合器对低位直肠癌患者进行保肛治疗，患者肛门功能和白蛋白恢复良好。Objective To observe the effect of total mesorectal exision （TME） plus curved sta- pler on anal function and albumin in patients with anal sphincter preservation for low rectal cancer. Methods Forty-seven patients with anal sphincter preservation for low rectal cancer were enrolled. They were operated through TME plus curved stapler, followed up for six months, anal function and albumin were detected. Results All patients were cured and discharged, followed-up for six months, excellent rate of anal function was 85.1%. Albumin were （26 ± 12 ） g/L before treatment and （ 37± 12） g/L after treatment. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions TME plus curved stapler for patients with anal sphincter preservation of low rectal cancer can improve anal function and albumin.
