C—erbB-2、ER、PR在子宫内膜腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究C—erbB-2、雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）在子宫内膜腺癌的表达及临床意义。方法采用sP法对54例子宫内膜腺癌患者标本进行C—erbB-2、ER、PR的检测，分析其表达率及与临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移的关系。结果C—erbb-2及ER、PR在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为37．04％（20／54）、42．59％（23／54）、51．85％（28／54）。C—erbB一2与组织学分级、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05），尚不能认为与手术病理分期相关（P〉0．05）；PR与组织学分级有关（P〈0．05），尚不能认为与其他各项相关；也尚不能认为ER与手术病理分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润及淋巴结转移相关。结论C—erbB-2的表达与肿瘤的侵袭性有关，可能是评估子宫内膜癌预后的重要指标。PR在癌组织中检测为阳性，常预后良好，而ER与预后无关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2, estro- gen receptor（ER） and progesterone receptor（PR） in adenocarcinoma of endometrium. Methods The expressions of C-erbB-2, ER and PR in 54 patients with adenocarcinoma of endometrium were detected with SP immunohistochemical method. The relationship between expression rate and clinical stage, histo- logical grade, myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The positive ratios of C-erbB-2, ER and PR were 37.04% （20/54） , 42.59% （23/54）, 51.85% （28/54）respectively. The expression of C-erbB-2 was significant correlated with histological grade, myometrium invasion and lym- phatic metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with surgical stage （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; There was significant correlation of PR with histological grade ; No correlation was found of expressions of ER with clinical stage, histological grade, myometrial invasion or lymph node metastasis of adenocarcinoma of endometrium. Conclusions The expression of C-erbB-2 is associated with tumor invasion, and maybe a significant prognostic factor of adcnocarcinoma of endometrium, positive PR may suggest a better prognosis, but ER has no significant prognostic relevance.
