内镜下5-FU化疗粒子植入治疗晚期结直肠恶性肿瘤近期临床疗效及免疫功能变化的观察

摘　　要：目的观察晚期结直肠肿瘤经内镜5-FU化疗缓释粒子植入术后近期疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法21例晚期结直肠癌患者在内镜下进行5-FU化疗粒子植入肿瘤体内治疗,观察治疗后1个月内,瘤体变化情况,临床症状缓解情况、T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白的变化。结果治疗后1个月,肿瘤体积缩小,有效率为90.5%;临床症状明显缓解;CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD8+较治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经内镜化疗粒子植入治疗后,由于瘤体缩小,临床症状明显缓解,免疫功能有所改善,近期疗效肯定,远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective To observe recent effectiveness and changes of recent immune function of endoscopic implanta- tion of slow-releasing 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced colorectal tumour. Methods 21 cases of patients with ad- vanced colorectal turnout were enrolled. 1 month after endoscopic implantation, the tumour changes, symptoms, T lymphocyte subpopulations and immunoglobulin were observed. Resnlts After operation for 1 month, the turnout volume decreased, the effective rate was 90.5%, the clinical symptoms relieved. CD3 ~ ,CD4 ~ ,CD4 ＋/CDs ~ increased and CDs ＋ decreased obvious- ly compared before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.01 ）. Condusions Endoscopic implan- tation of slow-releasing 5-fluorouracil can improve symptoms and immune funfion of the patients with colourectal tumour at late stage. The recent effectiveness is reliable , while the forward effectiveness need further observing.
