摘 要:采用万能材料试验机对不同龄期的水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)进行了应力-应变试验,得到了CA砂浆各力学参数随龄期增长的变化规律,结果表明:CA砂浆的抗压强度随龄期增长逐渐增大,水泥的持续水化是主要影响因素;CA砂浆具有明显的应变硬化特性,残余强度约为峰值强度的75%左右,沥青网络结构对水泥水化产物的横向约束限制了CA砂浆内部裂隙的纵向发展;CA砂浆各力学参数随龄期增长逐渐增大,但增加速率逐渐减小;通过数据处理得到了各力学参数的极值,不同力学参数之间具有内在的关联性,通过分析CA砂浆力学性能的龄期效应,建立了各力学参数之间相互转换的统一函数形式,从而为CA砂浆力学指标的确定提供了捷径.The stress-strain test of cement and emulsified- asphalt mortar (CA mortar) in different ages was carried out by universal material testing machine, and the variation of mechanical parameters of CA mortar with age growth was obtained. Results show that:the compressive strength gradually increases with age growth and the continued hydration of cement is the main influence factor; CA mortar has obvious strain hardening characteristic,the residual strength is around 75% of the peak strength, and the lateral constraint of asphalt network structure on the hydration products of cement limits the longitudinal development of the internal fracture of CA mortar. The mechanical parameters of CA mortar gradually increase with age growth, but the increase rate gradually decreases, the extreme values of mechanical parameters are obtained by data processing. The different mechanical parameters have internal relation, through the analysis of age effect of mechanical property of CA mortar, the unified function form of mutual conversion among mechanical parameters is established,which provides a shortcut for the determination of mechanical index of CA mortar.
