摘  要:为解决常规液压注塑机高能耗、高噪音、重污染等一系列问题,达到集节能、高效、环保为一体的高性能要求,根据注射成型工艺过程中流量、压力及动作要求的特点,对国内传统液压控制系统及节能新技术做了详细对比,指出全电动注塑机必将成为注塑行业发展方向。In order to solve the problems of conventional hydraulic injection molding machines including high energy consumption, high noise, heavy pollution and other issues, and achieve the high-performance requirements of energy saving high efficient and environmentally friendly, according to the characteristics of flow, pressure and movement request in the injection molding process, comparison between the traditional domestic hydraulic control systems and the new energy-saving technology was made in detail, it is the conclusion that the all-electric injection molding machine will become development direction of injection molding industry.
