摘　　要：针对通信工程人才的更高要求和当前高校中实验教学的明显滞后 ,本文从管理体制、课程体系、实验内容等方面提出了改革思路和对策。Aiming at the higher requirement for the personnel of Telecommunication Engineering and the weakness of the experiment teaching, this paper presented some thought and methods on the reform of the system of organization, course system and the contents of experiment teaching.
