摘　　要：该文基于对2002年以来CSSCI来源期刊中管理学、经济学、心理学、综合性社科以及高校综合性学报类期刊上关于组织公民行为方面的文章的梳理,描述性统计分析了组织公民行为的研究现状,围绕概念维度、影响因素和结果变量的研究视角,试图揭示出受到较多关注与研究的变量,并从组织公民行为的作用机制过程、研究方法和研究趋势三个方面进行归纳总结,以期推进对组织公民行为的后继理论研究。Based on the combing of journal articles on organizational citizenship behavior（OCB） in source of CSSCI since 2002 about management, economics and psychology, also about comprehensive social and science journals and university journals, we make a descriptive statistics analysis of the current study of OCB. From the research perspective of concept dimensions, influencing factors and outcome variables, this article attempts to reveal the variables catching more attention. Then we summarize from three aspects, including function mechanism, research methods and trends. We aim at advancing the research of the subsequent scholars on the theory of OCB.
