摘　　要：塔吉克族主要聚居在塔里木地区的塔什库尔干,其地处世界屋脊帕米尔高原东部地区。高山雪域,塑造了高山游牧民族塔吉克民族坚韧的性格,塔吉克族长期以来所形成的民族传统体育文化,是适应自然、改造自然的产物,也是塔吉克人民自强不息、乐观豁达的真实反应。The Tajik nationality mainly lives in the Tarim area, Taxkorgan, which is located in the roof of the world, Eastern Pamir region. Snow covered mountains, the mountain shaped nomadic Tajik ethnic tough character, they have long history since the formation of the national traditional sports culture, which is the product of the nation adapt to nature,transforming the nature, is also the real response of Tajik people unremitting self-improvement, optimistic open-minded national characteristics.
