摘  要:目的通过对白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术术前及术后眼轴、角膜曲率、眼压测量结果的比较,了解手术对眼球生理机能的影响。方法对2011年4月至10月间我院行白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者11例(17只眼),进行白内障术前测量眼轴、角膜曲率、眼压,术后8~14月复测结果并比较。结果白内障术后眼轴缩短,术后眼压降低与术前相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。角膜曲率与术前相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术后,降低了房水流出阻力,眼压下降,可为急性闭角型青光眼前驱期或临床前期且伴有白内障的患者提供了一种降低眼压的手术方法。同时术后眼轴缩短为白内障术前人工晶状体度数选择提供理论参考。Objective To compare axial length, corneal curvature and intraoenlar pressure before and after cataract phacoemulsification and intraecalar lens implantation, and to reveal the effect of surgery on oenlar physiology. Methods We measured and compared pre - and postoperative ocular axial length, corneal curvature and intraoeular pressure in 11 age-related cataract patients ( 17 eyes) who underwent phacoemulsification and intraeoular lens implantation in our hospital between April 2011 and October 2011. Results Postoperative axial length and intraeoular pressure was significantly shorter or lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; whereas there was no difference in corneal curvature before and after the surgery. Condusion Phaeoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation reduces the aqueous outflow resistance and decreases intraocular pressure. Therefore, it provides an option to decreases IOP for those patients with cataract and prodromal stage or preclinical stage acute angle-closure glaucoma. In addition, shortened postoperative axial length suggests optimal intraocular lens power selection before the cataract surgery
