摘 要:目的观察有晶状体眼的人工晶状体(ICL)植入术矫正高度近视的临床效果。方法 22例(39只眼)高度近视患者,近视度数-7.00^-23.00 D,平均(-11.48±3.70)D。术前裸眼视力(UCVA)0.02~0.3,平均0.05±0.03,术前最佳矫正视力(BCVA)0.8~1.2,平均0.90±0.27;角膜内皮密度2000~3961个/mm2,平均(2735.13±464.50)个/mm2;所有患者随访12个月。结果术后裸眼视力显著提高,术后1 d,1周11、3、6和12个月的裸眼视力较之术前差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论有晶状体眼的人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视临床效果确切,特别适宜于无法选择角膜屈光手术者,其远期并发症还有待进一步观察。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens ( Implantable Collamer Lens, ICL) implantation in phakie eyes with high myopia. Methods Totally 22 cases (39 eyes) with high myopia received phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and were followed up for 12 months. Preoperative refraction ranged from - 7.00 - - 23.00 diopters ( D ) with average of ( - 11. 48 ± 3.70 ) D. Uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) ranged from 0.02-0.3 with average of 0.05±0.03, and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was between 0.8- 1.2 with average of 0. 90±0. 27. Preoperative comeal endothelial density ranged from 2000 - 3961/mm^2 and averaged at 2735. 13 ±464. 50/mm^2. Results Postoperative UCVA significantly improved. UCVA at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month were significantly better than preoperative UCVA ( P 〈0.0001 ). Conclusion In patients with high myopia, implantation of phakic posterior chamher intraocular lens effectively correct the refraction. This is a particularly desired treatment for these who were not good candidates for comcal refractive surgery. However, further observations are needed to evaluate long term complications.
