摘　　要：目的评价Ahmed引流阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的临床效果。方法收集2006年1月至2013年3月采用Ahmed引流阀植入术治疗NVG患者20例(20只眼)的临床资料,观察手术效果及术后并发症情况。结果术后1周,平均眼压从术前(50.26±8.30)mm Hg降为术后(16.30±5.80)mm Hg。随访6个月,眼压控制正常的有19只眼,有效率95%。术后并发症主要有浅前房5只眼(25%),前房出血4只眼(20%),一过性高眼压2只眼(10%);引流盘包裹1只眼(5%),引流阀暴露1只眼(5%)。结论 Ahmed引流阀植入术可以有效的解决NVG患者的高眼压问题,是治疗NVG的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ahmed glaucoma valve （AGV） implantation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma （NVG）. Methods We collected data of 20 patients （ 20 eyes ） with neovascular glaucoma who underwent AGV implantation in our hospital from January 2006 to March 2013. Changes in intmocular pressure （ lOP ） and postoperative complications were followed up for 6 months. Results lOP significantly decreased from 50.26 ± 8.30 mm Hg to 16.30 ±5.80 mm Hg at 1 week after valve implantation. At 6th month, the success rate of AGV implantation was 95%. The postoperative complications included shsllow anterior chamher （ 5 eyes ）, hyphema （ 4 eyes ）, transient high IOP （ 2 eyes ） , encapsulated cystic blebs around the plate （ 1 eye） , and exposure of the plate （ l eye）. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is an effective way to control IOP in the management of NVG.
