眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔术治疗老年性下睑内翻临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔术治疗老年性下睑内翻的临床疗效。方法对68例(77只眼)老年性下睑内翻的患者分别采用眼轮匝肌折叠缩短术和眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔术进行矫正,观察两种不同术式的治愈率,复发率。结果眼轮匝肌折叠缩短术组和眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔术组治愈率分别为97.3%、94.8%;复发率分别为18.4%、0%。结论眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔术治疗老年性睑内翻长期疗效优于眼轮匝肌折叠缩短术,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy septal suture of the orbicularis muscle in treatment of senile entropion. Methods Sixty-eight patients （77 eyes） were recruited in this study. Patients received either orbicularls muscle plication and shortening or orbital septal suture of the orbicularis muscle. Recurrent rates and cure rates were compared between the two treatments. Results The cure rates were 97.3% vs. 94.8% for orbicularis muscle plication and shortening and orbital septai suture of the orbicularis muscle, while the recurrent rates were 18.4% vs. 0% respectively. Conclusion Orbital septal suture of the orbicularis muscle is superior to orbicularis muscle plication and shortening.
