红茴香喷雾剂联合半导体激光理疗治疗带状疱疹神经痛和后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的带状疱疹引起的神经痛以及带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia)严重影响患者身心健康及社会功能,如何有效治疗这些疼痛一直是医学上的一大难题。本研究通过红茴香喷雾剂联合半导体激光理疗治疗带状疱疹神经痛或带状疱疹后遗神经痛,从而评估其临床疗效和安全性。方法采用开放随机对照方法,选择未进行止痛治疗的带状疱疹神经痛或带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,分成实验组和对照组,在常规治疗基础上,实验组外用红茴香喷雾剂并联合半导体激光理疗,对照组只进行半导体激光理疗,治疗1个疗程(10 d)后使用视觉模拟疼痛标尺(visual analog scale,VAS)进行评分,并比较治疗前后2组的临床止痛疗效,同时观察不良反应。结果实验组和对照组的疼痛均有明显减轻,但实验组的疼痛减轻程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应。结论红茴香喷雾剂联合半导体激光理疗治疗带状疱疹神经痛或带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效优于半导体激光理疗单独应用。Objective Neuralgia and postherpetic neuralgia caused by herpes zoster seriously affect the patients＇ physical and mental health as well as their social function. The aim of this study was to assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Henry Anise Spray combined with diode laser in the treatment of herpes zoster-induced neuralgia and postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Patients with zoster neuralgia or zoster postherpetie neuralgia not treated with anodynes were randomly divided into an experimental group （ n = 31 ） and a control group （n = 30 ）, the former treated with topical Henry Anise Spray combined with diode laser, while the latter by di ode laser physiotherapy only. After a course of 10 days, we evaluated the therapeutic results using the Visual Analog Scale and com pared the clinical analgesic effect and adverse events between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The pain scores were markedly reduced in both groups, more significantly in the experimental than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. No obvious ad- verse events were found in either of the two groups. Conclusion Henry Anise Spray combined with diode laser physiotherapy is su perior to diode laser physiotherapy alone in the treatment of zoster neuralgia and zoster postherpetic neuralgia.
