VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)蛋白在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达水平及临床意义。方法分别选择66例结直肠癌患者(结直肠癌组)和40例健康者(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定两组患者血清VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白表达水平,分析VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白表达水平与结直肠癌患者肿瘤生长部位、TNM分期、肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移的关系。结果结直肠癌组血清VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白表达水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);结肠癌患者血清sICAM-1蛋白表达水平显著高于直肠癌患者(P<0.01);Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白表达水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者(P均<0.01);肿瘤浸润肠壁全层的患者血清VEGF水平明显高于未浸润肠壁全层的患者(P<0.01);有局部淋巴结转移的患者血清VEGF水平明显高于无局部淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.01)。结论血清VEGF、sICAM-1蛋白表达水平可能是结直肠癌有价值的辅助诊断及判断复发转移的指标。Objective To investigate the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ slCAM-1 ） protein expressions in serum of patients with colorectal cancer and their clinical signifi- cance. Methods Sixty-six patients with colorectal cancer （colorectal cancer group） and 40 healthy people （control group） were enrolled in the study, and their fasting venous blood was collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the levels of serum VEGF and slCAM-1 protein expressions, and their relationships with tumor growth site, TNM staging, tumor infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results The lev- els of VEGF and slCAM-1 protein expressions were distinctly higher in colorectal cancer group than in control group （ all P 〈 0.01 ）, and they were significantly higher in patients at phases I , II and III than in those at phase IV （ all P 〈 0.01 ） ; serum VEGF level in patients with complete intestinal wall infiltrated by tumors and lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than those without complete infiltration and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Levels of VEGF and slCAM-1 protein expressions may be a valuable adjuvant diagnosis and metastatic index to judge the recurrence of colorectal cancer.
