摘  要:公立医院绩效当前尚未建立有效的评价模型,存在不考虑差异千篇一律和不顾及实际情况生搬硬套的现象,绩效评价体系应选择适宜的关键绩效指标,确定权重系数、标化指标值。建议公立医院从确立医院战略目标、硬软件并济、两效益并重和重视医院内部上下沟通三方面完善绩效评价体系。There is no established effective model of assessment in public hospitals at present while there are such stereotyped phenomenon with no consideration of different conditions and also the practice where people copy mechanically disregarding actual situations. A performance assessment system should be established by selecting appropriate performance targets, defining weighing coefficient, standardizing index. It is suggested that a performance assessment system in public hospitals should be built and improved in three aspects, that are : establishing the strategic goal of the hospital, coordinating both hard and soft wares, attaching same importance to either social or economic benefits and improving the communication between upper and lower levels within the hospital.
