摘　　要：文章基于大型医疗设备生命周期的精细化管理框架,结合质量安全、经济效益和社会效益3个方面对其精细化管理的效果进行评价,以不断提升大型医疗设备的管理使用水平。At present, China＇s large medical equipment management level is relatively low, which causes high hospital operation cost and increases the economic burden of patients. Implementing refined management of large medical equipment will help to achieve rational allocation of medical resources, reduce operating costs and improve the profitability of medical equipment. The paper explains the construction of the refined management framework based on the life cycle of large medical equipments and evaluates the result from the aspects of quality and safety, economic benefits and social benefits, in order to improve the level of large medical management.
