摘 要:核磁共振技术(Nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)作为结构分析的手段已经广泛应用于化学、结构生物学等多个领域,但是在药物分析中的应用仍处于初级阶段,文章简要综述NMR法在药物分析中的应用现状和关键技术,并列举其在不同类药物分析中的几个应用实例。NMR has been widely used in many fields including chemistry and structural biology,but it is still not well utilized in the pharmaceutical analysis. This review will report on the current status of the use of NMR in the pharmaceutical analysis and some key techniques, in addition to several examples applied in different kinds of medicines. Publications since last fifteen years have been summarized to show the variability of NMR method in pharmaceutical analysis. Typical examples in different kinds of medicines are used to show the advantages of NMR applications. Some criteria in pharmacopoeia are also summarized in the paper. Development and applications of NMR methods are summarized. NMR can be used in various respects including quality control, differentiation of material origination, assessment of fake drugs, etc. NMR technique is a powerful tool which can be used in marly fields of pharmaceu- tical production process especially in pharmaceutical analysis.
