摘  要:研究矮壮素(CCC200mg/L)及多效唑(PP333 200mg/L)灌根处理对夏季高温期番茄穴盘苗生长及根系形态的影响。结果表明,CCC与PP333处理均有效控制番茄穴盘苗徒长并提高秧苗品质;番茄幼苗根系长度、根系表面积、根系投影面积随着分级直径的增加,均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,且存直径0.5~1.0mm时达到峰值。存0.5~1.0mm 直径范围内,PP333 处理显著促进根长、根系表面积、根系投影面积的增大,而CCC处理则相反;在其他根系直径范围内,各处理根系指标差异不显著。PP333 处理通过改变营养物质分配,抑制地上部生长,转而促进根系形态建成,具有增强根系吸收水分、养分及物质合成的潜力,而CCC处理不利于幼苗根系形态建成,通过抑制番茄穴盘苗整体生长达到控制地上部徒长的效果。Effects of CCC (200 mg/L) and PP333 (200 mg/L) on the plant growth and roots morpholo- gy of tomato plug-seedlings in high temperature season were studied. The result showed that the overgrowth of tomato plug-seedlings were inhibited by CCC and PP333 treatment and the seedlings quality were improved. The variation trends of root length, root surface-area, root projection area in- creased first and then decreased with the increasing of root diameter, and the peak appeared at diame- ter 0.5- 1.0 mm. In the 0.5-1.0 mm diameter range, treatment of PP333 significantly promoted the root length, root surface-area, root projection area increases, but reverse effects was detected in the treatment of CCC. In the other root diameters ranges, the difference of root index wasnt significant among the three treatments. PP333 treatment changed the nutrient distribution direction of plug-seed- lings, inhibited the aerial part vegetative growth, and potentially enhanced absorbing capacity of plug- seedling root. Treatment of CCC was not conducive to the formation of absorptive capability roots, in- hibited overgrowth of seedling aerial part through the way of restraining the whole plug-seedlings growth.
