摘 要:以伽师瓜为试材,用机械冷藏法分别在0、1、2、3℃条件下贮藏0、14、28d,观察不同贮藏期其果实品质的变化。结果表明:4种贮藏温度贮藏14、28d的伽师瓜呼吸强度没有显著变化,不同贮藏温度对果实硬度和电导率没有显著影响,但贮藏期对果实硬度和电导率有显著影响,贮藏期越长硬度越低且达到显著水平。温度和贮藏期2个因素对伽师瓜可溶性固形物的影响表现在2个方面,单从温度和贮藏期单一因素来看,可溶性固形物的含量是有显著变化的,但2个因素造成的可溶性固形物含量变化是相反的,因此当2个因素交互作用时,导致可溶性固形物含量没有变化。Taking 'Jiashi 'melon as material, the quality changes of 'Jiashi' melon with the mechanical refrigeration method under 0,1,2,3℃ at different storage periods (0, 14,28 d) were observed. The results showed that the four storage temperatures under 14,28 d storage periods of 'Jiashi' melon breathing strength did not change significantly, different storage temperatures had no effect on fruit hardness and electrical conductivity. But the storage periods had a significant effect on hardness and electrical conductivity, the longer the storage periods, the lower of the hardness and reached significant level. Two factors (temperature and storage period) displayed 'Jiashi melon in two aspects, the influence of solids content, sheet looks from temperatures and storage periods of one single factor, the content of solids had a significant change, but the two factors of solid content changes were the opposite, so when the two factors interact ,it did not lead to solid content chane.
