摘　　要：本文综述了刺五加质量检测中总皂苷、紫丁香苷、多糖和微量元素等常见化学成分的检测方法,包括高效液相法、红外光谱法、高效毛细管电泳法、分光光度法等,并对各方法的原理及其应用情况进行了综述。In this article, the research progress on determination of chemical components, such as total saponins, syringoside, polysaccharides, trace elements, in Acanthopanax senticosus Harms were introduced. The common methods include： high performance liquid chromatography, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, high performance capillary electrophoresis, eolorimetrie method. The principle and application of the above methods were also described in this article.
